More people are taking the time to find out more about tasks and figure out how to do the job themselves, rather than turning to a professional and paying for someone to do it for them. This is a wonderful thing, and you can pretty much do anything yourself, if you just put your mind to it. Piano tuning, for instance, is a job that many people would assume they would never be able to complete on their own.
